Objectives
- To discuss several coaching techniques (121, personalised, ongoing and regular)
- To explore the advantages/disadvantages of each coaching technique
- To give participant the opportunity to demonstrate the skills they have learnt by role-plays (detailed feedback to be offered)
- To consider examples of best practice coaching
- For participants to articulate a series of realistic objectives to facilitate the transfer of their learning to the workplace
