Objectives

• To discuss several coaching techniques (121, personalised, ongoing and regular)
• To explore the advantages/disadvantages of each coaching technique
• To give participant the opportunity to demonstrate the skills they have learnt by role-plays (detailed feedback to be offered)
• To consider examples of best practice coaching
• For participants to articulate a series of realistic objectives to facilitate the transfer of their learning to the workplace

Approach

Our Learning Interventions are bespoke and will be prepared after gaining a full understanding of our Client’s requirements.
This Event can be delivered in one day or multiple days, by face to face, blended or distance learning depending on client needs.
